The role: The Senior Delivery Manager, Enterprise Delivery Office supports Director-level leadership in the end-to-end management of projects within the Enterprise Delivery Office (EDO), including capital markets business initiatives. This role is accountable for day-to-day project execution, coordination across workstreams, risk and issue management, and delivery governance. The Senior Manager partners closely with business, technology, risk, finance, operations, compliance, and external vendors to ensure programs are delivered within scope, timeline, and budget, while progressively maturing delivery practices and ways of working. What will you do? Project Delivery: Lead day-to-day planning and execution of project initiatives, including capital markets business change initiatives, ensuring alignment to approved objectives, milestones, and delivery plans. Stakeholder Coordination: Work closely with capital markets business stakeholders, technology, risk, finance, operations, compliance, and delivery partners to manage expectations, dependencies, and deliverables. Planning & Execution: Develop and maintain integrated delivery plans, schedules, RAID logs, and dependency tracking across multiple workstreams, translating business objectives, and operating model needs into executable plans through implementation and transition to BAU. Risk & Issue Management: Identify, track, and escalate risks and issues with clear mitigation strategies and recommendations for decision-making. Governance & Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely status reporting for Director and VP-level forums, including financials, risks, dependencies, and outcomes. Agile & Delivery Practices: Support delivery within Agile, hybrid, or waterfall environments and contribute to continuous improvement of delivery standards and practices. Financial & Resource Management: Track project budgets, forecasts, and vendor spend; support cost control, resource planning, and business case inputs for capital markets business initiatives. Quality & Controls: Ensure adherence to Enterprise Delivery Frameworks, technology standards, audit requirements, and regulatory obligations, with consideration for capital markets controls, trade lifecycle impacts, and business readiness requirements. Change & Priority Management: Support scope, schedule, and priority changes by analyzing impacts and facilitating informed trade-off decisions. People & Capability Development: Provide coaching and mentorship to project managers and analysts; contribute to a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performing team environment. Risk Culture: Understand and apply the Bank’s risk appetite and risk culture in day-to-day decision-making and delivery activities. Experience supporting large technology, business transformation, or regulatory change initiatives in capital markets or related control environments Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Project Management, or equivalent experience 7+ years of project or program management experience, preferably within financial services, capital markets, or large enterprise environments Hands-on experience with Agile and waterfall delivery methodologies Demonstrated ability to manage complex delivery plans, dependencies, and risks Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Analytical and data-driven approach to decision-making Exposure to enterprise delivery frameworks, governance models, and the financial services regulatory and control environment Knowledge of capital markets products, trade lifecycle processes, and business control considerations is an asset PMP, ACP, or equivalent certification preferred Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment What's in it for you?
