Converteo is a leading data and digital consulting firm that helps clients accelerate their business through data, AI, and digital strategies. As they expand in North America, they are seeking a Senior Consumer Data & Analytics Analyst to join their Toronto team. This role is dedicated to a strategic mission for a global leader in the beauty industry, offering a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing consulting team while working closely with a prestigious brand with significant career growth potential.
Responsibilities
• Write advanced SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze complex consumer datasets using GCP and Databricks.
• Build, automate, and maintain dashboards using PowerBI to provide actionable insights to business leaders.
• Understand business needs and translate them into technical specifications for Data Engineering teams, ensuring the architecture supports business use cases.
• Proactively identify data anomalies and implement corrective actions within the data pipelines.
• Act as the primary point of contact for the client's business teams, providing them with technical reassurance and strategic guidance on data usage.
Requirements
• Complete fluency in English (written and spoken).
• 4 to 5+ years of proven experience in data analytics, data operations, or business intelligence.
• Ideally within the retail, CPG, or beauty industry.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, PowerBI.
• Hands-on experience with cloud data environments, specifically GCP and Databricks.
• Problem-solver, autonomous, proactive, and comfortable navigating complex environments.
• Ability to deliver "plug & play" solutions.
• Based in the Greater Toronto Area.
• Available to travel to Montreal for client meetings every 3 to 4 weeks (2-day trips).
Nice-to-haves
• Ability to communicate in French is considered a strong plus, given regular interactions with teams in Montreal and Europe.
