Job Title: Senior Software Developer (Cloud Applications) Job Location: Toronto, ON - Onsite Employment Type: Contract Duration: 12 Months Job ID - AV27703 This is an active job, and application deadline is June 30, 2026 (This posting may close earlier if a suitable candidate is found) Job Description • 8-10 years of hands-on experience in cloud application development, engineering, and enterprise solution delivery, with strong expertise in Microsoft Azure (App Services, Azure Functions, AKS), Docker, Kubernetes/OpenShift, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Ansible, and CI/CD automation. • Proven experience designing and implementing scalable, secure, and highly available cloud-native applications, including enterprise cloud architecture, IAM, encryption, compliance, observability/monitoring, ETL/ELT, Azure data services, and DevSecOps practices. • Strong full-stack development expertise with Java, Python, SQL, and JavaScript/TypeScript (Node.js), including hands-on experience building and integrating RESTful APIs, server-side logic, database design, performance optimization, and front-end integration. • Experience across the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including solution design, code development, testing, debugging, deployment, production support, documentation, stakeholder collaboration, design walkthroughs, and middleware/gateway integration.
