About this role

Job Title: Change Manger/Implementation Manager Location: Toronto, ON (onsite) Duration: + Months Daily Responsibilities: In this role, you will collaborate across Commercial Banking and functional partners including Finance and other partners with the following: Change Manager: We are seeking an experienced Change Manager with strong background in change management practices and methodologies, with a proven ability to drive successful outcomes in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities: • Lead and coordinate change management activities to support business enablement initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives. • Collaborate closely with teams/stakeholders to integrate change management strategies into program deliverables. • Develop and execute change management plans, including stakeholder engagement, communication strategies, and training programs, to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and technologies. • Utilize the ClientTriple A framework to support the program, ensuring consistency and alignment with organizational change management standards. • Identify potential risks and resistance points related to change initiatives and develop mitigation strategies to address them effectively. • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change management efforts, providing regular updates and recommendations to key stakeholders. • Act as a trusted advisor to leadership and project teams, providing guidance on best practices for managing change and driving adoption. Must have Skills: • + years of experience in banking or financial services industry with understanding of project business management • Hands-on experience implementing change management activities • Guiding teams and stakeholders to make informed, consensus-driven decisions • Effective storytelling skills – written and verbal skills and attention to detail in preparing change management documents (, training plan) Nice to have skills: • PMP Designation Mindlance is an equal opportunity employer.
