This full-time staff lawyer role demands seasoned legal expertise and client-focused advocacy. As a member of the Refugee Law Office, you’ll provide essential legal representation and advice to vulnerable immigrants and refugees. You'll engage directly with clients at the Toronto office, representing them before various federal courts and the Immigration and Refugee Board. This contract position also involves mentoring junior staff and participating in public legal education initiatives while ensuring compliance with legal standards.
