🚀 Production Support Engineer 🤖 Client: Leading Quant Fund 💰 Salary: Up to 180,000 CAD + bonus + strong perks 📍 Location: Montreal, Quebec (Hybrid / Remote) A leading quantitative trading firm is hiring a Production Support Engineer to ensure their global trading platforms operate reliably and efficiently. You’ll support the full trade lifecycle from pre-trade checks through to post-trade operations—monitoring systems, resolving incidents quickly, and escalating when necessary to protect critical trading activity. You’ll also collaborate closely with infrastructure teams to improve automation, stability, and overall platform performance. 🔧 Key responsibilities: • Monitor and support live trading and transaction systems • Troubleshoot alerts, incidents, and production issues • Manage scheduled changes and automated workflows • Work with infra teams to drive automation and improvements • Support continuous platform reliability and performance What they’re looking for: ✔️ 2+ years’ experience in application / production / front-office support ✔️ Strong Python and/or Bash scripting skills ✔️ Solid SQL / relational database experience (Postgres or similar) ✔️ Strong Linux knowledge ✔️ Passion for technology and problem-solving This is a great opportunity to join a high-performance trading environment where reliability, speed, and precision are critical. 📩 Interested?
