Function: ETS Super-Department Resource Planning / Workforce Management
Location: Montreal (day 1 onboarding onsite/in-office presence required 3x/week)
Years of experience: 5-7
Notes:
Team takes care of resource management for the ETS division.
Responsible for helping teams to onboarding new resources.
Responsible for opening and closing positions.
Advising teams when needed.
Supports clients in US and Canada.
Works in EST timezone.
Interview Process:
1st round via Zoom – evaluation of previous background, communication skills, and their understanding of resource management
2nd round onsite – face-to-face interview with senior stakeholder
Position Summar

This is an individual contributor role focused on accurate execution, strong controls, and high-quality reporting, working closely with Business Management, HR, Finance, Recruiting, and Vendor Management
.
The ideal candidate brings strong attention to detail, comfort working with data and processes, and the ability to manage recurring workflows in a highly governed environment.
