Parker Huggett is partnering with an established and highly respected General Contractor that continues to expand its presence across Southern Ontario. With recently awarded projects and a growing pipeline of work, the organization is seeking a technically strong Assistant Project Manager to support the successful delivery of complex TTC, healthcare, municipal, and institutional construction projects.
This is an ideal opportunity for an ambitious construction professional who enjoys being involved in all aspects of project delivery and wants to learn from experienced Project Managers and Senior Project Managers while building a long-term career with a growing organization.
About You
The successful candidate will have the following:
Experience working with a General Contractor in an Assistant Project Manager, Sr Project Coordinator, or similar project delivery role
Strong technical understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and project processes
Experience supporting ICI construction projects, particularly within institutional, healthcare, municipal, transit, or commercial environments
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and take on increasing responsibility
Proficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Office applications
A collaborative approach and a genuine desire to contribute to team success
