The Role Lisa Gozlan is seeking an experienced and highly organized Supply Chain & Inventory Manager to oversee and optimize end-to-end supply chain operations across our growing retail and e-commerce business. This role will be responsible for inventory management, demand planning, allocation strategy, logistics coordination, vendor management, and operational process improvement. Reporting into the Director of Operations & Product, the Supply Chain & Inventory Manager will play a critical role in ensuring inventory is efficiently planned, distributed, and fulfilled to support business growth, retail performance, and exceptional customer experience. Job Responsibilities Inventory Planning & Management • Oversee inventory planning, allocation, replenishment, and stock optimization across retail boutiques and e-commerce channels • Monitor inventory levels, sell-through performance, and stock coverage to ensure healthy inventory productivity • Develop forecasting and replenishment strategies to support product launches, core inventory, and seasonal collections • Partner with merchandising and leadership teams to align inventory strategy with business goals • Manage inventory transfers, stock balancing, and inventory accuracy initiatives Supply Chain & Logistics Operations • Manage end-to-end supply chain operations, including inbound shipments, vendor coordination, warehousing, and distribution • Establish and maintain relationships with manufacturers, suppliers, freight partners, and third-party logistics providers • Monitor shipping timelines and operational performance to ensure timely product delivery • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, scalability, and operational accuracy • Support warehouse operations and inventory control procedures Reporting & Analysis • Analyze inventory, fulfillment, and operational performance metrics to identify risks and opportunities • Develop and maintain reporting related to inventory health, forecasting, fulfillment performance, and operational KPIs • Utilize data and reporting to drive strategic supply chain decisions and continuous improvement initiatives • Prepare business insights and recommendations for leadership Team & Cross-Functional Leadership • Manage and mentor the inventory and production team and support operational development across the supply chain function • Collaborate cross-functionally with merchandising, retail, finance, e-commerce, operations, and warehouse teams • Establish and improve operational workflows, processes, and best practices • Support the scaling of supply chain infrastructure as the business continues to grow Qualifications • 5+ years of experience in supply chain, inventory planning, allocation, operations, or retail logistics • Experience within fashion, luxury, accessories, jewelry, or retail industries preferred • Strong understanding of inventory management, forecasting, replenishment, and distribution operations • Proven ability to manage operational workflows in a high-growth retail environment • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory reporting • Experience with ERP, inventory management, or planning systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, Asana, Shopify) • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and leadership abilities • Experience managing or mentoring junior team members preferred • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, Retail Management, or related field preferred Why You’ll Love Working Here • Compensation: $85,000 - $95,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications • 14 days paid vacation • Additional day off for your birthday • Comprehensive health benefits • Additional company perks, including summer Fridays off • Exclusive employee discount on Lisa Gozlan products <
