Overview
Join a leading engineering team at the heart of major rail and civil infrastructure projects. As a Senior Estimator - Rail Infrastructure and Civil Engineering, you will play a key role in the success of complex projects by developing strategic and competitive cost estimates. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary experts to support large-scale initiatives in an environment focused on innovation, rigor, and performance.
Your Role
• Prepare detailed construction cost estimates for rail and civil projects
• Analyze drawings, specifications, and technical documents to ensure accuracy of evaluations
• Perform quantity take-offs from plans and BIM models
• Develop unit costs for labor, equipment, and materials
• Analyze historical data and conduct market benchmarking
• Collaborate with internal teams and partners to optimize bid strategies
• Actively contribute to the preparation of proposals for large-scale projects
About You
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
• 8+ years of estimating experience in rail infrastructure and heavy civil construction
• Strong knowledge of railway systems and track construction methods
• In-depth understanding of civil works and infrastructure construction practices
• Ability to analyze and interpret complex technical data

Expected compensation for this role is between Pay Range of $93 800- $129000. Base salaries are determined according to several parameters like skills, experience, and potential impact on the role. Internal and external competitiveness are also taken into account in our offers.
