Elevate talent acquisition as an HR Generalist at Octapharma's Toronto head office. Support the team in employee engagement, compliance, and HR policy development while driving continuous learning. Octapharma is seeking a full-time HR Generalist to enhance its team dynamics.
In this role, you will work closely with the General Manager, supporting various HR functions such as talent acquisition, onboarding, and employee engagement. You will be integral in maintaining a structured HR environment that fosters professional growth and a strong company culture. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
• Develop role descriptions with hiring managers
• Organize employee engagement activities
• Administer Learning Management System (LMS)
• Support performance management and employee relations Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
• 3+ years in HR or Learning & Development roles
• Knowledge of Ontario labour laws
• Experience with HRIS platforms
