We are looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant / Customer Service Representative to join a busy and fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities of the position include:
• Answer phone calls and emails
• Follow up with customers
• Schedule appointments and organize files
• Provide excellent customer service
• Assist with quotes, orders, and administrative tasks
The ideal candidate will have the following attributes:
• 5 years of experience in administrative and customer service - required
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and work independently
• Good computer skills (Outlook, Excel, Microsoft Office)
