SKILLS REQUIRED
Mandatory Skills:
• 10+ years of experience in ERP Program/Project Management, leading large-scale enterprise transformation initiatives.
• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle ERP Cloud Financials, including implementation, rollout, and support activities.
• Proven expertise in Oracle ERP Cloud consolidation programs, including multi-instance to single-instance transformation projects.
• Extensive experience in financial consolidation, Chart of Accounts (CoA) harmonization, and global process standardization across business units.
• Strong knowledge of data migration strategy, planning, validation, and reconciliation during Oracle ERP Cloud implementations.
• Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, IT teams, and system integration partners across multiple geographies.
• Expertise in program governance, risk and dependency management, stakeholder communication, and executive reporting to ensure delivery within scope, budget, and timelines.
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies, along with experience supporting cutover planning, go-live execution, and post-go-live stabilization activities.
