About this role

Elevate our HR operations as the Director of Culture Operations, focusing on payroll management and team member lifecycle. Drive strategic improvements in service delivery across our organization. In this pivotal role, you'll be pivotal in managing a global team, reporting to the VP, Total Rewards & Technology. Bring your operational excellence and deep payroll knowledge to improve the crew experience while ensuring compliance and innovation. Key Responsibilities: • Oversee People & Culture operations with SAP and Workday • Ensure accurate payroll services and government compliance • Lead strategic operational metrics development and tracking • Manage the team member support function for service excellence • Execute vendor management for optimal HRIS performance Requirements: • 12-15 years in HR operations, including senior leadership • Experience in payroll compliance and HR tech • Proficient in automation processes and self-service tech • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities • Background in change management and operations excellence Harness your change leadership skills to transform our People & Culture operations. #J-18808-Ljbffr
