Overview
This opportunity is ideal for professionals with strong experience in Guidewire implementations and insurance domain expertise.
Key Responsibilities
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements
• Translate business needs into functional specifications within Guidewire environments
• Support implementation, configuration, and optimization of Guidewire solutions
• Work closely with technical teams to ensure accurate delivery of business requirements
• Participate in testing cycles (UAT, SIT) and ensure quality outcomes
• Provide insights on process improvements within insurance workflows
Required Skills
• Strong experience with Guidewire platform
• Hands-on experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter
Qualifications
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in insurance or financial services
• Strong understanding of P&C insurance processes
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work in agile or hybrid delivery environments
