Ideal candidates will possess 5+ years of experience in OCM and lead teams while navigating complex change processes. You will design strategies, facilitate workshops, and manage stakeholder relationships to deliver impactful solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead client meetings and change visioning workshops
• Build OCM strategies and action plans
• Manage and identify key stakeholders
• Deliver clear communication materials in various formats
• Analyze and report “what's changing” information
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education required
• Minimum 5 years in Organization Change Management
• Willing to relocate to Toronto, ON or Calgary, AB
• Solid verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to travel frequently to client locations
