About this role

Business Development & Administration Executive Zebra Robotics, Avenue Road, Toronto We are a growing Robotics & Coding Coaching Center in Toronto focused on inspiring young minds through hands-on STEM education. We are looking for an energetic, proactive, organized, and relationship-driven Administration & Business Development Executive who enjoys working with children, parents, schools and the community. This role combines administration, customer engagement, school outreach, social media coordination, and community marketing. Key Responsibilities Administration & Operations • Manage incoming phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and e-mails professionally and promptly. • Handle student and parent inquiries, registrations, scheduling, and follow-ups. • Maintain student registration and records, attendance, and administrative documentation. • Potentially manage Coach schedules. • Support inventory management for laptops, other equipment, robotics kits, learning materials, and supplies. • Assist in creating, implementing and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). • Coordinate class schedules and operational requirements. Parent & Student Relationship Management • Build and maintain strong relationships with parents and students • Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive student experience • Support student retention through regular communication and engagement • Assist with onboarding new families into programs Business Development & School Outreach • Present our offerings to neighborhood schools, principals, and educators. • Schedule and conduct meetings with schools to introduce robotics and coding programs and workshops. • Coordinate and support robotics and coding classes and/or workshops at schools. • Develop partnerships with schools for recurring STEM workshops and programs. • Represent the center professionally during external meetings and events. Marketing & Community Engagement • Create and post regular content on social media platforms and Google. • Assist with community marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns. • Participate in local events, exhibitions, workshops, and outreach programs. • Help increase brand visibility within the local community. • Support lead generation and enrollment growth initiatives. Desired Skills & Qualifications • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities • Comfortable interacting with parents, children, and school administrators • Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented • Basic understanding of social media platforms and content posting • Ability to multitask and work independently • Prior experience in administration, customer service, education, or business development is preferred • Interest in education, robotics, coding, or STEM programs is an asset Tentative Work Schedule – Candidate flexibility expected • Monday, Wednesday & Friday: 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM • Saturday: 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM In addition, the candidate will be required to visit schools for meetings and workshops during other hours as needed. Flexibility is important to accommodate school schedules and appointments. Location Toronto, Ontario Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, dependable, community-oriented, and passionate about helping children explore technology and innovation through robotics and coding education. Pay: $22.00-$23.00 per hour Benefits: • Casual dress • On-site parking Work Location: In person
