Location: Downtown Toronto office
Hybrid working model: 1 day remote per week, 4 days office (business unit determined).
Responsibilities
• Assist with the financial reporting and forecasting function for the Loblaw Digital & Loyalty businesses.
• Perform weekly reporting for Senior Leadership, including consolidating results, developing analysis and commentary for each business, reviewing data accuracy, and explaining anomalies.
• Prepare period actual reporting data for periodic financial reporting; identify trends and provide quarterly and full-year analysis and commentary.
• Analyze Loyalty issuance and redemption actuals across the Loblaw enterprise and third‑party partners.
• Support ad‑hoc business analysis and reporting as needed, including P&L and profitability analysis.
• Develop and implement process improvements for identified gaps in Loblaw Digital & Loyalty businesses.
• Conduct process reviews to identify inefficiencies and implement solutions.
• Support business controls by creating financial process documentation and building a knowledge repository.
What You’ll Need
• Working toward a bachelor’s in accounting, finance, business, economics, or a related field.
• Understanding of financial accounting principles.
• Strong analytical skills with creative thinking.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills; experience with analytics tools such as SQL, R or Tableau preferred.

Hiring Range / Salary
$35,100.00 - $65,700.00 per year (based on experience, geographic region, and skillset).
