As a Senior Analyst, you will be responsible for preparation of analysis and reporting of financial performance of the client. You will serve as a key contributor to the coordination, analysis, reporting and presentation of the forecast and budget for senior management, as well as drive the development and enhancement of reporting tools and processes to efficiently provide various value-added analysis for management and for the client. Specific accountabilities • Gather and compile operational and financial information on a monthly and quarterly basis and prepare various Consolidated reports and variance analyses for various stakeholders (vs. budget, forecasts, prior year); • Contribute to various quarterly presentations for JLL Senior Management and client; • Assists the Director in the management of the budget process and ensures the completeness, accuracy and integrity of the forecasts and budget; • Responsible for coordination analysis and consolidation of revenue and expense forecasting and budgeting; address identified gaps and recommend interventions to increase cost-effectiveness (example: facilitate monitoring of operational expenses); • Develops tools for the analysis and projection of financial results, analyzes information and drafts control reports to verify the quality of information; • Manage and participate in the implementation of new systems, processes and reports in order to simplify processes and increase the agility of the group with a constant concern for value creation; • Act as an Advisor-Representative of the Planning and Financial Analysis group and collaborate on technological projects with various departments; • Support special projects and ad-hoc analysis as needed; Key requirements • Minimum 3+ years experience financial reporting, forecasting and budgeting; • Experience in commercial real estate is preferred • Recognized professional accounting designation preferred • Advanced level of Microsoft Excel and proficiency with other applications of Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint; SharePoint; Power BI/Query) • Knowledge of Yardi Voyager and Advanced Forecasting and Budgeting, an asset; • Strong analytical skills and ability to gather, interpret and synthesize various data points and sources; • Strategic, innovative, challenge the status-quo and recommend improvements; • Excellent communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills; • Self-motivated, proactive, detail-oriented and deadline-driven; • Work in a fast-paced and evolving environment; • High energy with a positive attitude; • Proficiency in English and French (spoken and written) Analyste principal, Planification et analyse financiere Objectifs En tant qu'analyste principal, vous serez responsable de la preparation de l'analyse et de la production de rapports sur le rendement financier du client. Responsabilites particulieres • Recueillir et compiler de l'information operationnelle et financiere sur une base mensuelle et trimestrielle, et preparer divers rapports consolides et analyses des ecarts pour divers intervenants (par rapport au budget, aux previsions, a l'annee precedente); • Contribuer a diverses presentations trimestrielles pour la haute direction et le client de JLL; • Aider le directeur a gerer le processus budgetaire et assurer l'exhaustivite, l'exactitude et l'integrite des previsions et du budget. • Responsable de la coordination, de l'analyse et de la consolidation des previsions et de la budgetisation des depenses; combler les divergences identifiees et recommander des interventions pour augmenter la rentabilite (exemple : faciliter la surveillance des depenses operationnelles); • Elaborer des outils pour l'analyse et la projection des resultats financiers, analyser l'information et rediger des rapports de controle pour verifier la qualite de l'information; • Gerer et participer a la mise en uvre de nouveaux systemes, processus et rapports afin de simplifier les processus et d'accroitre l'agilite du groupe en mettant constamment au point de creer de la valeur. • Agir a titre de conseiller-representant du groupe Planification et analyse financiere et collaborer a des projets technologiques avec divers services. • Soutenir les projets speciaux et les analyses ponctuelles, au besoin. Exigences cles • Titre professionnel reconnu en comptabilite ou experience equivalente; • Au moins trois ans + d'experience en production de rapports financiers, en prevision et en budgetisation • Une experience en immobilier commercial est preferable • Connaissance de niveau avance de Microsoft Excel et maitrise des autres applications de la suite Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, SharePoint, Power BI/Query) • Connaissance de Yardi Voyager et du module 'Advanced Forecasting and Budgeting', un atout • Solides aptitudes pour l'analyse et capacite de recueillir, d'interpreter et de synthetiser divers points et sources de donnees • Strategique, novateur, remet en question le statu quo et recommande des ameliorations; • Excellentes aptitudes pour la communication, les relations interpersonnelles et le travail • Motivation, proactivite, souci du detail et respect des echeances; • Travailler dans un environnement trepidant et en constante evolution. • Grande energie avec une attitude positive; • Maitrise de l'anglais et du francais (a l'oral et a l'ecrit) • Veuillez joindre une copie anglaise de votre CV. • Interactions orales et/ou ecrites avec des locataires ou partenaires externes bases a l'exterieur du Quebec (par exemple, fournisseurs de services, cabinets d'avocats, pairs, banquiers, firmes de courtage, firmes d'analyse de credit, agences de credits, clientele non-francophone, etc.) Estimated compensation for this position: 90,000.00 - 110,000.00 CAD per year This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ.
