Biohacking Bestie is part of an influencer-led ecosystem built by Aggie Lal at the crossroads of wellness, biohacking, and community. The brand spans a supplement line, the Bestie app, and Aggie’s personal brand, all working together as one connected system. The organization is seeking a senior marketing leader who can unite creative direction with growth strategy while understanding the realities of marketing around a personal brand.
The main focus of the role will be the supplement business, but the person in this position must also understand how to market and monetize a well-known personal brand so that every product, campaign, and content initiative supports the wider ecosystem. This is a senior, hands-on marketing position for someone who can turn ideas into action, keep multiple channels aligned, and measure the business impact of their work.
Key Focus Areas
• Maintain alignment across the full brand ecosystem, including Aggie’s personal brand, the supplement line, and the app, so the message stays consistent everywhere.
• Translate biohacking and supplement science into clear, engaging product narratives that help the audience make informed decisions.
• Shape the social content strategy and monetization approach while collaborating with the social account manager, who will handle execution and content capture.
• Develop and oversee influencer and creator partnerships that broaden reach and connect with audiences in authentic ways.
• Direct the brand’s creative direction, including visual style, tone of voice, and overall presentation from concept through launch.
• Identify and manage partnerships that support the mission and strengthen the broader brand ecosystem.
• Work with the paid media agency to scale customer acquisition in a profitable way, using organic traction to support paid growth.
• Own retention marketing through email and SMS, including Klaviyo flows and subscription growth, with a community-first approach.
• Monitor performance metrics such as CAC, LTV, ROAS, and retention, and use those insights to guide future marketing investment.
Experience and Background
The ideal candidate brings at least 4 years of experience in brand or growth marketing, preferably within DTC, wellness, beauty, or supplements, and has worked across both creative and analytical responsibilities. A strong grasp of influencer-driven businesses is important, along with experience growing brands through social channels, creator partnerships, lifecycle marketing, and profitable paid acquisition.
The role also calls for strong creative judgment, comfort with data, excellent communication, and solid project management skills. The right person should be highly self-directed, able to coordinate many moving pieces at once, and capable of delivering measurable outcomes from new ideas.
Preferred Qualifications
• Interest in biohacking, longevity, and the wellness industry.
• Practical experience with paid acquisition or oversight of a media partner.
• Working knowledge of Klaviyo, Shopify, and subscription management tools.
• Based in Los Angeles and able to work together in person when needed.
Compensation and Additional Details
Estimated compensation is around $120,000, reflecting the combined scope of brand leadership and growth ownership. Equity may also be available. The company prefers a Los Angeles-based candidate for in-person collaboration, but a strong remote candidate will be considered. Applicants from all backgrounds are encouraged to apply, and candidates who are excited about the opportunity but do not meet every requirement are still welcome to be considered.
Work Arrangement
This position is fully remote, with a preference for candidates located in Los Angeles for occasional in-person collaboration.

• Manage retention efforts through email and SMS, including lifecycle journeys and subscription growth.
• Track and report core performance metrics such as CAC, LTV, ROAS, and retention.
Requirements
