• Build relationships with National and Regional HR teams
• Align HR strategies with broader business objectives
• Guide management through legal compliance issues
• Oversee regional recruitment and engagement programs
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in Human Resources
• Minimum 7 years of HR leadership experience
• Proficient in data analytics and AI tools
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office
• Experience with UKG Pro preferred
