We're Expertise (expertise.ai), backed by $5M+, building Expertise Assist — an AI teammate that actually does GTM work. Research, prospecting, CRM hygiene, follow-up prep.
It doesn't answer questions. It does the job.
→ "Find ICP" turns a saved customer profile into ~10 verified, Apollo-backed contacts.
→ "Diagnose CRM" audits your Salesforce/HubSpot and writes back the fixes (behind approval).
We need a Growth Marketer, Self-Serve / PLG to own our self-serve funnel end to end: acquisition → activation → conversion → expansion.

Senior, hands-on IC on a 1-2 person team. Not a brand hire. Not a VP.
Here's the actual job:
Our "aha" is instrumented and specific — onboarding completes the first time someone runs a real skill, like Find ICP or Diagnose CRM. The day someone watches the agent finish their work, they get it.
Widening that first-run funnel is your #1 problem to solve.
The motion is team-adoption-first PLG. No seat paywall — $50/mo for unlimited members + 5,000 shared credits. A team agent workspace, not "AI chat seats."
What I'm looking for:
→ 3+ yrs PLG/self-serve growth, owning a funnel (not a channel)
→ Experiments that ship weekly, not decks — and you read your own results (light SQL)
→ Non-negotiable: you've marketed a technical/AI product to revenue teams before
