Business Analyst - Tririga Platform
Duration: Contract through October 2026 (extension and conversion potential)
Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid – 4 days/week onsite)
Our client is seeking experienced Business Analysts to support the modernization of an enterprise real estate technology platform. The successful candidate will work closely with business and technology stakeholders to analyze workflow-driven applications, document system functionality, and support the evolution of business processes using platform capabilities and best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze workflow-driven enterprise applications to understand business processes, system functionality, and end-to-end workflows.
• Gather, document, and validate business and functional requirements.
• Create detailed process flows, functional specifications, and system documentation.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technology teams to define and implement solutions.
• Evaluate platform capabilities and identify opportunities to leverage out-of-the-box functionality.
• Support platform modernization initiatives by standardizing workflows and improving process efficiency.
• Participate in Agile delivery activities including requirements management, backlog refinement, and stakeholder reviews.
Required Qualifications:
• 6+ years of Business Analysis experience supporting enterprise applications.
• Hands-on experience working with workflow-driven enterprise platforms.
• Strong understanding of workflow concepts including approvals, states, lifecycle management, and business process automation.
• Experience analyzing applications directly to understand process flows, modules, and system behavior.
• Proven ability to produce high-quality functional requirements, process documentation, and workflow diagrams.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills.
• Experience working within complex enterprise environments.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with IBM TRIRIGA.
• Experience with Pega or similar workflow/case management platforms.
• Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments.
• Proficiency with Jira and Confluence.
• Experience supporting platform modernization or transformation initiatives.
