Director, Food and Beverage Procurement

Shape the future of Tim Hortons by becoming the Director of New Product Introduction and Procurement. Lead initiatives for strategic sourcing of food and beverage products. Reporting directly to the VP of Procurement, your expertise will drive the procurement strategies supporting Tim Hortons' North American restaurants. You will research market trends, negotiate contracts, and evaluate vendor performance while collaborating across functions to ensure successful product launches and cost efficiencies. Key Responsibilities: • Execute procurement strategies aligned with business objectives • Analyze industry trends and benchmark against competitors • Negotiate contracts and lead supplier management • Develop financial models to evaluate offers • Oversee onboarding of new vendors and manage performance Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Business or Supply Chain • MBA or CPA/CFA preferred • 10+ years in a procurement role within fast food or beverage • Strong analytical and organizational skills • High proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office Leverage your strategic procurement experience to drive performance at Tim Hortons. #J-18808-Ljbffr
