Location: Toronto, Ontario, Canada Experience: 5–8 Years We are seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Marketing Growth Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will leverage data to drive marketing performance, optimize customer acquisition strategies, and generate actionable insights that support business growth. Key Responsibilities: • Analyze upper-funnel performance across paid, organic, and earned marketing channels to identify drivers of high-quality traffic and lead generation. • Design, build, and maintain automated dashboards and reports that provide clear visibility into marketing KPIs and campaign effectiveness. • Identify opportunities to improve conversion rates, customer acquisition costs (CAC), and overall marketing efficiency. • Partner closely with Marketing, Product, and Data Science teams to ensure data accuracy and support experimentation and optimization initiatives. • Translate complex datasets into meaningful business insights and present recommendations to stakeholders and leadership teams. • Support marketing measurement, attribution analysis, and performance tracking across digital channels. Required Qualifications: • 5–8 years of experience in Marketing Analytics, Growth Analytics, Digital Marketing Analytics, or a related analytical role. • Strong proficiency in SQL. • Hands-on experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI. • Experience working with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and/or Adobe Analytics. • Strong understanding of digital marketing ecosystems, attribution models, lead generation, and conversion funnels. • Ability to communicate analytical findings effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences. • Strong problem-solving skills with a natural curiosity for uncovering insights from data. Preferred Skills: • Experience working in cross-functional environments involving Marketing, Product, and Data Science teams. • Familiarity with A/B testing, marketing experimentation, and conversion rate optimization (CRO). • Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills.
