Brigades are university-level service-learning experiences contributing to ongoing community priorities in health, water, infrastructure, business, and legal empowerment. Each year, GBC engages more than 800 Canadian volunteers through its Brigade and leadership programs, with participation continuing to grow nationally. Our role is to prepare and accompany volunteers in a way that respects community expertise and reinforces a partnership model grounded in dignity, reciprocity, and sustainable impact.

• Partner with organizational leaders to identify and address people, culture, and capacity challenges
• Support organizational planning, change initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts
• Strengthen systems and practices that support sustainable growth and organizational effectiveness
