Job Description:
The Payment Screening team within AML Technology Development is responsible for developing and maintaining/enhancing our Sanction Screening tool for Payments.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• 3-5 years of progressive Business Analysis experience in a technical environment within a large matrixed organization.
• Creative, self-starting, results-oriented, and highly motivated individual with very good analytical skills.
• Very good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good understanding of current EDP practices, systems development techniques, including requirements specification and testing methodologies.
• Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
• Knowledge of AML Solutions.
• Experience with Payments, Payment Sanctions Screening Tools (preferably SymphonyAI NetReveal, HotScan and HotScan/CMT).
• Thorough knowledge of Payment Messages (MT, MX) and how payments flow.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
• Assist in resolving highly complex, multi-faceted problems by applying financial and technological knowledge to design methodologies, models, and systems solutions.
• Participate in the systems implementation process, including developing test cases, performing testing, defining user procedures and workflows, and providing post-implementation support.
• Provide business support and 7/24 production support on rotation to all global units, including user training and systems enhancements.
• Continually acquire and enhance knowledge of the Division's business strategies and policies, risk management practices, and rapidly changing technology.
• Assist the project manager by supervising up to 2 junior staff and helping with the development of detailed project plans.
