Senior Analyst / Junior Asset Manager

We are looking for a Senior Analyst / Junior Asset Manager to join our growing Toronto-based real estate investment and asset management team. The role will focus on multifamily apartment buildings across Canada and the U.S., with exposure to asset management, financial analysis, Capex planning, financing, operations, and technology implementation (AI). Ideal candidate: - 0–5 years of real estate, finance, asset management, acquisitions, or property management experience - Claude Code experience is a strong asset - Strong Excel and analytical skills - Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive - Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment - Multifamily experience is a strong asset This is a full-time, in-office role in Toronto. $60,000 - $110,000 based on experience + bonus + benefits • Please reach out directly or send a resume to admin@hiloinv.com if interested.
