Senior Software Test Engineer

You will build the foundation of the automated testing strategy for our cloud-native backend and developer IDE. Responsibilities • Own end-to-end testing for cloud backend services and IDE frontend. • Develop and maintain automated test scripts using frameworks like Playwright, Selenium, Puppeteer, or Cypress. • Write test plans and test cases ensuring full feature coverage. • Implement load and performance testing for backend services. • Collaborate with developers to design testable features and resolve issues. Required Skills • 5+ years of experience in software testing, including backend and frontend automation. • Hands-on experience with automation frameworks including Playwright, Selenium, Puppeteer, and TestRail. • Strong coding skills in Python and TypeScript. • Experience with API testing, test coverage analysis, and performance/load testing tools. • Track record of owning and delivering QA infrastructure. • Experience collaborating across engineering, product, and DevOps functions. • Excellent documentation and organizational skills.
