• Strong analytical capability: comfortable manipulating performance data, diagnosing performance drivers, and making clear recommendations; ability to build a cohesive narrative from messy or incomplete inputs.
• Fast ramp / high autonomy: track record of stepping into new accounts and delivering impact quickly with limited onboarding; excellent prioritization and operational discipline.
• Measurement fluency: understanding of pixel/CAPI-type signals, conversion measurement, audience strategies, and common ad effectiveness concepts (incrementality, lift, testing frameworks, attribution limitations).
• Executive-ready communication: concise, persuasive written and verbal communication; can lead client meetings, handle objections, and drive decisions.
• Strong project management: can manage multiple launches, stakeholders, and deadlines simultaneously without drops.
• Growth mindset & open-mindedness to new techniques, skill development and AI-led workflows to drive success at scale across a diverse set of advertisers.
