Media Executive

Role Description Are you passionate about multicultural media and the Chinese Canadian community? Balmoral is looking for a Media Executive to join our team on a 12-month contract and help us plan and execute campaigns that truly resonate across Canada's diverse audiences. Key Responsibilities • Support media planning and buying across digital, programmatic, and paid social channels • Assist with campaign trafficking, ad operations, and performance tracking • Help coordinate media activations across Chinese media and PR channels in Canada • Support client-facing communications and reporting as needed • Collaborate with internal media, account, and creative teams to deliver culturally relevant campaigns What We're Looking For • 2+ years of experience in digital media, paid social, or multicultural marketing • Knowledge of the Chinese media and PR landscape in Canada (Chinese-language publishers, radio, digital platforms, and PR outlets) • Fluent in English; Cantonese and/or Mandarin fluency is a strong asset • Experience with Meta Ads Manager and/or DV360 is preferred • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and communication skills • Comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment Additional Requirements • This is a 12-month contract position, high performers are often considered for contract extensions or permanent roles within the agency • Immediate availability preferred • Ability to work from our Toronto office 3 days per week (Mon–Fri) Compensation $40,000 CAD annually The above pay reflects the target compensation range for the position at the time of posting.
