Red Seal Notary Inc., Canada's National Notary Public Company is in search of a motivated, positive and professional customer service representative.
Professional and friendly office environment conveniently located in downtown Toronto and easily accessible via TTC.
The office is open Monday to Friday 9am-6pm and Saturdays from 11am-5pm.
This post is only for Saturdays, 11am-5pm. Must be able to work all Saturdays shifts as required.
Responsibilities include:
- Working in an inbound/outbound contact centre;
- Scheduling appointments via telephone and email;
- Managing email communications and general correspondence to clients;
- Assisting notaries with walk-in clients, documents and files;
- Creating Daily Reports;
- Office administrative duties.
Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills;
- Experience in a customer service oriented environment;
- Experience in a telephone based work place with a professional telephone manner;
- Knowledge of MS Office Programs (Word, Excel, Outlook);
- Excellent attention to detail and a positive attitude;
- Ability to successfully manage customer challenges;
- Ability to work in a busy environment and to prioritize;
- Ability to work flexible hours.
