Key Responsibilities
Lead legal efforts across Canada and the US
Draft and negotiate all commercial agreements
Coordinate M&A; due diligence with external partners
Manage compliance with Canadian and US regulations
Document employment matters and corporate governance
Qualifications
7+ years of relevant legal experience in-house or private practice
Deep understanding of commercial and corporate law
Able to manage data privacy regulatory compliance
Experience advising on corporate transactions
Skill in providing direct legal support to executive teams
