About this role

About the Role We are looking for a driven and experienced Logistics / Warehouse Supervisor to lead day‑to‑day execution of material flow, inventory, and logistics operations in a fast‑paced environment. Reporting directly to the Supply Chain Manager, this role is accountable for ensuring materials move safely, accurately, and efficiently across the supply chain—while maintaining strict inventory control, traceability, and compliance standards. You will lead a team across administration, inventory, and shipping functions, while also working closely with third‑party partners to support broader logistics operations. Key Responsibilities • Lead and supervise daily operations across the warehouse and inventory management. • Manage inventory control and ensure accurate material flow and system transactions within the inventory management (ERP) system. • Maintain material traceability and audit readiness at all times. • Manage and coordinate third‑party logistics providers and contractors. • Oversee import/export activities, including customs documentation and compliance. • Execute and monitor inventory control processes, including annual physical counts. • Ensure safe and efficient use of equipment, including forklifts and material handling tools. • Implement and maintain strong SSHE (safety) practices in all operations. • Drive continuous improvement in efficiency, accuracy, and reliability. Qualifications • 7+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, warehouse, or materials management. • Proven supervisory experience, managing teams in fast‑paced operational environments. • Experience in Oil & Gas, upstream operations, or manufacturing (strongly preferred). • Strong working knowledge of ERP and inventory management systems. • Experience with material traceability and audit requirements. • Experience with import/export processes and customs documentation. • Solid understanding of end‑to‑end supply chain operations. • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. • Ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines. • Hands‑on experience in warehouse operations and material handling (forklift knowledge preferred).
