What You'll Be Doing
• Becoming an expert on Venn's product and the value it is bringing to our customers
• Own the entire sales cycle from discovery through close
• Investigate leads’ needs, problems, and wants as much as possible before first contact
• Identify buyer persona profiles to generate relevant prospects and leads
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to incorporate customer feedback
What we’re looking for:
• 3+ years of experience in tech sales, sales development, or business development with 1+ years selling to SMBs
• Entrepreneurial, with high tolerance for ambiguity and complexity, and efficient with limited resources.
• You are a proven sales closer with track record of quota attainment and overachievement
• Low ego, highly intelligent, quick learner eager to roll up your sleeves and tackle any tasks for our clients
• Solid business acumen with a focus on startups, SMB, and mid-market segment
