About Venn Venn is the first all-in-one business account that trusts Canadian business owners and will allow them to get up and running in less than 5 minutes without ever having to step foot in a branch. We are venture-backed by the same investors of iconic companies like Chime, Brex, Nubank, and the founding team is ex-Revolut who have global fintech experience. What You'll Be Doing • Becoming an expert on Venn's product and the value it is bringing to our customers • Own the entire sales cycle from discovery through close • Investigate leads’ needs, problems, and wants as much as possible before first contact • Identify buyer persona profiles to generate relevant prospects and leads • Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to incorporate customer feedback What we’re looking for: • 3+ years of experience in tech sales, sales development, or business development with 1+ years selling to SMBs • Entrepreneurial, with high tolerance for ambiguity and complexity, and efficient with limited resources. • You are a proven sales closer with track record of quota attainment and overachievement • Low ego, highly intelligent, quick learner eager to roll up your sleeves and tackle any tasks for our clients • Solid business acumen with a focus on startups, SMB, and mid-market segment Bonus Points • Experience at an early-stage or fast-growing startup • Experience at a fintech Perks & Benefits • Competitive salary • Healthy equity ownership • Coverage of medical, dental, and vision insurance
