• Comfortable operating across both technical and business audiences – able to engage credibly with engineering teams and translate complex concepts clearly for senior stakeholders.
• Experienced working with enterprise data technologies, including data warehousing, data integration, or modern cloud data platforms.
• A natural relationship builder – confident managing client expectations at all levels, including C-suite and senior leadership.
• Skilled in Agile delivery methodologies (Scrum/Kanban), with experience managing iterative delivery in fast-paced environments.
• Willing to travel to client sites as required.
• Legally entitled to work in Canada.
• Spanish and/or Portuguese language skills are a strong bonus – particularly valuable given the organisation’s growing client base across North and Latin America.
The Role
As Senior Program Manager, you will take full ownership of enterprise client engagements – owning the program from end to end, holding the budget, and driving delivery with a proactive, solutions-first mindset. You will be the single point of accountability for outcomes, and the trusted advisor to client leadership throughout the engagement lifecycle. Specifically, you will:
• Own the full program lifecycle – from scoping and planning through execution and sign-off – with complete accountability for delivery quality, timelines, and client satisfaction.
• Hold full budget ownership across your program, including financial planning, cost control, forecasting, and commercial governance throughout delivery.
• Take a proactive stance on risk and issue management – anticipating challenges before they escalate, driving resolution, and communicating clearly with stakeholders at every stage.
• Act as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders at all levels, building trusted advisory relationships and maintaining clear, proactive communication throughout.
• Facilitate alignment between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring program goals, timelines, and outcomes are understood and agreed across the board.
• Develop and maintain robust program plans, status reports, RAID logs, and documentation in line with best practices.
• Manage escalations and critical situations with confidence, working collaboratively to define solutions and drive resolution.
• Support pre-sales and scoping activities, contributing to solution definition, commercial estimation, and project requirements for new opportunities.
Skills & Experience Required
• 5+ years of program management experience within a consulting, professional services, or enterprise software delivery environment.
• Demonstrable experience holding full budget ownership across large-scale programs, including financial planning and cost governance.
• A track record of proactive delivery leadership – identifying and mitigating risks early, making decisions with confidence, and keeping programs moving.
• Demonstrated experience managing data platform or data warehousing projects – cloud-based environments a strong advantage.
• Strong command of Agile methodologies; PMP, PRINCE2, MSP, or equivalent certification desirable.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Experience with JIRA or similar project management and collaboration tooling.
• Background in software modernisation or data transformation projects is a plus.
Spanish and/or Portuguese language proficiency highly desirable
