As of December 31, 2025, TDAM and its affiliates manage over $508 billion in assets on behalf of pension, insurance, endowment/foundation, and corporate clients, as well as high-net worth clients and retail mutual funds.In attaining this client commitment, TDAM has built one of Canada’s largest and most respected investment management and research teams with more than 220 Portfolio Managers, Associate Portfolio Managers, Traders and Analysts.Role OverviewThe Vice President, Private Market Product Management supports the management of TDAM’s private market products, including real estate, infrastructure, and private credit strategies.Reporting to the Lead of Private Market Product Management, this role is responsible for ongoing product monitoring, positioning support, and lifecycle stewardship, ensuring products remain competitive, well-positioned, and aligned with client needs across distribution channels.The role operates within TDAM's product model and partners closely with:Investment teams and Client Portfolio Management (CPM) to align product positioning with portfolio characteristicsProduct & Marketing Intelligence to support product enhancements and implementation activitiesDistribution and Marketing to support consistent and effective product positioningTDAM Legal and third-party vendors to align product with regulatory requirements'Key Accountabilities1. Product Performance & Commercial OversightMonitor product performance relative to benchmarks and peer groupsAssess AUM, flows, fees, and positioning trendsIdentify and escalate issues impacting competitiveness and growth2. Product Positioning & Use Case MaintenanceMaintain product positioning, target client segments, and use casesEnsure alignment between product characteristics and client needsSupport consistency of positioning across private market strategies3. Lifecycle Management & Product StewardshipSupport ongoing management of the private market product shelfContribute to enhancements, repositioning, and rationalization activitiesAssist in in periodic product reviews and shelf optimization4. Market & Competitive AwarenessAnalyze competitor offerings and industry trendsIdentify implications for product positioning and competitivenessProvide input into potential product enhancements5. Stakeholder CoordinationAct as a key point of contact across Investments, CPM, Distribution, Legal, Risk, and MarketingEnsure alignment between portfolio characteristics and product positioningSupport stakeholder discussions with accurate product information6. Product Development & Implementation SupportSupport product enhancement initiatives in partnership with Product & Marketing IntelligenceContribute to positioning and commercial input for product changesAssist with implementation activities as required7.
