About Access2Pay Access2Pay is a rapidly growing SaaS company building payment software trusted by the public sector. Having established ourselves with government clients, we're now opening a new front: bringing our platform to private-sector businesses across North America. This is a ground-floor opportunity to help shape how we win in an entirely new market. About the Role We're hiring an Account Executive to lead our push into private-sector merchant services across North America. This is a full-cycle, fully outbound sales role reporting directly to our Chief Revenue Officer — you'll own everything from prospecting and first call through to close. Because this is a new initiative, the right person treats their territory like their own business: setting the strategy, building the pipeline, and driving the outcomes. You won't be handed a playbook to follow; you'll help write it. In return, you'll get hands-on coaching and direct access to leadership invested in your success. What You'll Do Run a fully outbound, full-cycle sales motion — from cold outreach to closed-won Generate high-volume outbound activity, including consistent cold-calling, to build and own your pipeline Manage short sales cycles with discipline and momentum Engage and navigate multiple stakeholders within mid-market accounts Treat your territory like your own business: prioritize, strategize, and execute independently Partner closely with leadership and apply coaching to continuously sharpen your craft What You Bring At least 3 years of full-time B2B sales experience. SDR/BDR experience counts toward this, but you must have a minimum of 1 year in an actual closing role. (Retail, B2C, and internship experience won't be counted.) A proven track record of high-volume outbound cold-calling Experience managing short sales cycles and keeping deals moving Strength engaging and aligning multiple stakeholders within an account A self-starter mindset — you take initiative and run your patch like an owner Comfort operating in a fast-paced startup environment with limited structure or established process — you can create your own Openness to coaching and a drive to keep getting better A Canadian passport and the ability to travel to the US occasionally for conferences Tech Stack You'll work with a modern, well-equipped sales stack: HubSpot (CRM), Nooks (outbound dialing), ZoomInfo (data & enrichment), and LinkedIn Sales Navigator (prospecting).
