You will directly support around 450 employees while focusing on labor relations, performance management, and developing HR initiatives. The successful candidate will embrace challenges and work collaboratively to support multiple stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate employee relations and manage labor dynamics
• Oversee performance management and workforce planning strategies
• Implement HR policies and contribute to cultural development
• Work within the HR Centre of Excellence for Talent Acquisition and more
• Promote process enhancements for improved HR initiatives
Requirements:
• 3-4 years of progressive HR experience required
• Experience with unionized employee groups preferred
• Comprehensive knowledge of BC and Canadian labor laws
• Focus on process improvements and innovative solutions
• Team-oriented approach to HR responsibilities
