Job Description:
This IAM Product Owner role is accountable for enabling IAM product capabilities across multiple digital ecosystems, driving measurable improvements in secure login and authentication experiences for millions of customers. This role requires strong IAM domain expertise and hands-on delivery experience to partner with Technology, Security, Engineering, and Business Stakeholders. This role will scope, design, and launch seamless, user-centric, device- and application-agnostic sign-in journeys that reduce friction and make it faster and easier for customers to access properties and across multiple domains and applications.
Key Responsibilities:
• Define and maintain the product roadmap for IAM capabilities, including registration, authentication, identity proofing, and native app login.
• Own and continuously refine the IAM product backlog; prioritize features based on value, risk, compliance, and customer impact.
• Define and track product KPIs and data reporting to guide prioritization and measure impact.
• Collaborate with architects and engineers to design secure, scalable solutions.
• Ensure CIAM solutions meet regulatory, privacy, and security standards.
• Translate function and security requirements into epics, features, and user stories with clear acceptance criteria and outcomes.
• Drive end-to-end delivery of scalable customer-facing digital IAM solutions, from discovery and requirements through launch and continuous improvement.
• Ensure the login experience is intuitive, secure, and low-friction, improving successful sign-in completion and reducing customer effort.
• Proactively reviewing customer issues and partner cross functionally to prioritize and address customer frictions.
• Develop and execute an adoption and support strategy to increase active login users, including in-product guidance, support content, and self-serve recovery journeys.
• Use performance data and insights to identify gaps, risks, and opportunities to improve outcomes.
• Ensure accessibility, inclusivity, and usability of IAM experiences across all channels.
• Communicate effectively with executive stakeholders and translate technical topics into business value.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is an asset.
• 7+years of experience in Digital or Technical product ownership delivering customer-facing digital products.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with IAM capabilities (such as registration, authentication, MFA, SSO/federation) in a large enterprise environment.
• Demonstrated Agile/Scrum delivery experience; Product certification (e.g., CSPO, SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager) is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders and translate technical topics into business value.
