Hands-On Warehouse Logistics Manager

Lead warehouse operations as a hands-on Warehouse & Logistics Manager overseeing shipping, receiving, and inventory management at AIIM. Ensure efficient processes while actively managing the team and operations. This position requires strong operational leadership with daily engagement in warehouse activities. You will manage a supervisor and associates to streamline processes for print production teams. Key responsibilities include team development, overseeing inventory, and maintaining quality control standards while ensuring timely delivery and optimal workflows. Key Responsibilities: • Provide hands-on leadership to warehouse staff daily • Oversee shipping, receiving, and inventory management tasks • Manage hiring, training, and coaching of team members • Ensure safety protocols for materials and equipment • Coordinate with Production for seamless operations Requirements: • Experience in warehouse management roles • Forklift certification is mandatory • Proficiency in ERP systems for inventory control • Strong organizational and communication skills • Ability to troubleshoot under tight deadlines Drive operational success while shaping team dynamics in this critical logistics role.
