Entry Level Customer Service Representative

To support a growing healthcare contact center, the full-time remote Entry Level Customer Service Representative will manage communication with clients, members, pharmacies, and healthcare providers, addressing clinical inquiries and resolving claims processing issues. Key responsibilities: Answer phone calls, emails, and faxes from members, clients, pharmacies, and physicians Assist Member Care Representatives with clinical calls and troubleshoot claim processing issues Document relevant claims and prior authorization information in the system Required qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent 1-2 years of applicable experience preferred; pharmacy experience is a plus Knowledge of claims processing and prior authorizations Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) Required equipment includes a Windows 10/11 PC, webcam, and noise-canceling headset
