Senior Manager of Clinical Informatics at SHN

Join Scarborough Health Network’s Birchmount Site as a Senior Manager of Clinical Informatics. Your leadership will optimize Epic systems for improved healthcare delivery. In this permanent position, you will lead teams responsible for the configuration and ongoing training of the Epic system. Your expertise in clinical informatics and operational leadership will be crucial in sustaining system effectiveness and enhancing user adoption among clinical staff. Key Responsibilities: • Direct Clinical Informatics staff for effective training and performance • Manage Epic configuration, optimization, and deployment activities • Collaborate with clinical leaders for system improvements • Ensure compliance with regional clinical standards • Champion the Clinical Informatics Super User Program Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in health or informatics • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience • Hands-on experience with Epic in a healthcare setting • Strong leadership and analytical skills • Knowledge of clinical workflows, digital adoption, and change management Contribute to transformative healthcare solutions and lead informatics at Scarborough Health Network.
