About this role

The person we're looking for: We're seeking a Senior UX Research Strategist with a proven ability to design and execute foundational research, translate complex insights into actionable product direction, and partner closely with design to drive decisions. Job Overview: Some things you will be responsible for: • Design and execute generative and evaluative research studies • Conduct foundational research as needed to understand user workflows, pain points, and operational contexts • Scope research creatively to balance rigour, timeline constraints, and confidence in recommendations • Collaborate closely with design counterparts throughout the product development cycle - from discovery through validation • Participate in co-ideation sessions, translating research insights into design opportunities • Present synthesized insights with clear, actionable recommendations tied to business impact • Deliver audience-centric narratives that drive decision-making, not just research reports • Track and communicate the impact of research-informed decisions Last but certainly not least, as a member of our team we hope you embrace and contribute to our culture of continuous creative improvement, innovation, and excellence, and always search for ways to help make a positive impact on the team! Requirements • 5+ years in product strategy, UX research, or related strategic roles • Demonstrated experience leading generative and evaluative research (user interviews, diary studies, usability testing, etc.) • Track record of translating research insights into actionable recommendations and articulating their business impact • Excellent facilitation, storytelling, and cross-functional collaboration skills • Occasional travel may be required depending on project and client needs Benefits • Work from anywhere • Salary range of $100,000 - 125,000 annually • Annual discretionary bonus • Competitive salary • Paid time off (over 20 days) • Health benefits • Training & development opportunities • Annual team-wide trip
