Step into a pivotal Senior Manager role within Focus Cloud, leading Workday Financials deployments. This position emphasizes extensive client engagement and strategic project execution for US and global initiatives. At Focus Cloud, we’re expanding our Workday Financials practice due to growing demand in the market. As a Senior Manager, you'll oversee end-to-end project lifecycles, ensuring seamless deployments. Your expertise in Workday FDM will guide clients through designing scalable solutions and advising on best practices in this consultant-driven setting. Key Responsibilities • Lead full Workday Financials project lifecycle from design to go live • Translate client requirements into effective Workday configurations • Engage stakeholders to present and influence Workday solutions • Facilitate cross-functional design conversations, including integrations • Support pre‑sales cycles as a Financials SME for client engagement Requirements • 5 to 7+ years of Workday Financials consulting experience • Proven track record in end-to-end Workday Financials implementations • Strong expertise in P2P, O2C, R2R, Expenses, and Projects • Deep understanding of Workday FDM and financial architecture • Ability to manage multiple deployments in a client-facing capacity Leverage your Workday expertise to foster growth and excellence in our Financials practice. #J-18808-Ljbffr
