Role Description
A Business Partner is an independent entrepreneur responsible for building, managing, and growing their own business operation. This role requires initiative, accountability, leadership, and a commitment to personal and team success.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and manage personal business activities to generate sales and revenue.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and customers.
• Sponsor, mentor, and support new business partners through training, coaching, and guidance.
