Support the HR team at RBR as an HR Administrator in Kanata, ON. This on-site role involves onboarding, HR processes, and employee support, ensuring smooth operations.
As an organized and detail-oriented HR Administrator, you will play a crucial role in sustaining an excellent employee experience at RBR. You will take ownership of the administrative tasks, such as managing employee records and HRIS support, while also being involved in recruitment coordination and compliance. Your efforts will directly support the efficiency of a small yet impactful HR team.
Key Responsibilities: • Coordinate onboarding and off-boarding processes for employees • Manage employee records and HRIS support (BambooHR & ADP WFN) • Oversee benefits administration and leave inquiries • Assist in recruitment processes and candidate communications • Respond to employee questions and manage HR inbox inquiries
Requirements: • 1+ years of HR, recruitment coordination, or administration experience • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail • Excellent communication skills across all levels • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment • Degree or diploma in HR or related field preferred
