Responsibilities:
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes to support organizational decision-making.
• Develop and maintain financial models, scenario analyses, and business cases to evaluate strategic initiatives and business opportunities.
• Prepare executive-level reporting and provide financial insights to support performance management and strategic planning.
• Support and optimize financial planning and reporting systems, including workflow design, reporting enhancements, and process improvements.
• Create dashboards, analytics, and management reports using business intelligence and financial planning tools.
• Identify opportunities to automate processes, improve data integrity, and enhance reporting efficiency.
• Establish and maintain consistent financial metrics, reporting standards, and governance practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve data quality, reporting capabilities, and planning processes across the organization.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related discipline.
• CPA or equivalent professional designation preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), corporate finance, or a related analytical role.
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and scenario planning capabilities.
• Experience working with enterprise financial planning, ERP, or performance management systems.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with business intelligence/reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
• Demonstrated success supporting process improvement, systems implementations, or finance transformation initiatives.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while effectively partnering with leaders across the organization.
