Senior Automation QA - USCM

12-month contract 2x days a week on site Pay $50-$60/h Required Skills & Experience 7+ years of experience in QA, with preference with those who have lead teams previously Strong domain demonstrated knowledge in payments, preferably within Corporate Cash Management, with strong understanding of payment rails/processes (ACH, SWIFT, Fedwire, etc.) Extensive experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, Playwright Experience, familiarity or willingness to learn Playwright AI MCP features Experience with manual testing Strong understanding of DevOps principles and hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines. Hands-on experience with RBC Clear or other cash management projects using platforms like Intellect, Finacle or Kyriba is required Nice to Have Skills & Experience - DevOps experience - Co-Pilot for automation Job Description Insight Global is seeking a Senior Automation QA to join one of the big 5 banks in Toronto working on a critical US based Cash management project. This dynamic role requires a blend of automation and manual testing expertise, with a strong emphasis on in-sprint automation. In the role you will both be leading a pod of other QAs both on and off shore but will heavily contribute with hands-on tasks and bring a proactive approach to continuous integration and deployment processes. Develop, execute, and maintain automation test scripts using primarily Playwright Use or learn to use Playwright's Model Context Protocol features. Engage in manual testing activities where necessary Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including DevOps, to integrate automation testing into CI/CD pipelines. Have an understanding of the cash management vendor applications ideally Intellect Lead a pod and provide mentorship to both on-site and offshore QA resources. Ensure compliance with industry standards related to cash management, including processes related to bill payments, wires, and deposit accounts.
