This role acts as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring operational stability, issue resolution, and continuous optimization of Workday Procurement, Supplier, and Accounts Payable processes. The ideal candidate brings deep functional expertise, leadership capability, and executive presence to effectively partner with client stakeholders and guide end-to-end SCM support delivery.Required QualificationsMinimum 3-5 years of experience supporting or implementing Workday Supply Chain Management solutionsProven success working in a post-production / AMS / production support environmentStrong functional expertise in Workday Procurement and Supplier ManagementHands-on experience supporting Accounts Payable within Workday SCM, including supplier invoices, payment processing, and procure‑to‑pay accounting impactsExperience supporting cross-functional Financials touchpoints, including accounting, spend controls, and downstream reportingDemonstrated ability to operate as a client-facing lead with senior stakeholdersStrong communication skills with demonstrated executive presenceBachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experienceNo travel required, unless requested by the clientPreferred Skills & ExperienceActive Workday SCM and/or Financials certificationPrior AMS / PPS / managed services experienceExperience managing medium to large Workday support engagementsDeep understanding of end-to-end procure-to-pay and accounts payable processesExperience with integrations, reporting, and automation related to Procurement and APPrior people management experience, including mentoring, delegating, and reviewing workThe estimated base salary range for this job is $135,000 - $165,000 (USD). The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron’s pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $162,000 - $198,000 (USD). The job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs.
